We take safety seriously and work to create a culture of safety for our field crew, office staff and for everyone that visits our worksites. At Brothers HDD, an exceptional safety record is not going above the standard – it is the standard.

We have created progressive safety policies and procedures that include proper hazard assessment and safe work practices. We provide detailed safety expectations to our employees and subcontractors including personal protective equipment, preventative maintenance and all is monitored and recorded through regular inspections to ensure reduction of accidents and incidents.

We also have all emergency preparedness requirements in place including a detailed Emergency Response Plan (ERP). All Field work must meet or exceed Client requirements.
